Educ8Sports specialises in the delivery of PDHPE and Sports programs to primary schools (K–6).

Educ8Sports is seeking passionate and motivated Sport Teachers to join our growing team. This role is suitable for teachers in their final years of study, new graduates, or experienced educators seeking an alternative to traditional classroom teaching.

Educ8Sports currently delivers programs to a large volume of schools each week, with further expansion planned over the next 12 months into Queensland and Victoria. Both full-time and casual positions are available, with placements across Sydney and Central Coast.

Role Overview

Successful applicants will join a motivated team of qualified teachers delivering high-quality PDHPE programs to primary school students. Educators will be supported through structured programming, clear procedures and ongoing professional support while delivering curriculum-aligned sport and physical education programs.

Remuneration

• Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 plus Superannuation
• Company vehicle (individual bases, where applicable)
• Travel allowance (subject to location)

Essential Selection Criteria

Applicants must demonstrate:

• Excellent presentation and professionalism
• A strong commitment to delivering PDHPE at a primary school (K–6) level
• Ability to work effectively within a team and follow set instructions and procedures
• A strong interest and/or background in sport
• NESA accreditation
• A minimum of 2 years full-time post-degree work experience

Qualifications

Applicants must hold at least one of the following qualifications:

• Bachelor of Education
• Bachelor of Business Sport Management
• The Bachelor of Health Science (Human Movement)
