High Line Active is a Private Physiotherapy Clinic and High Performance Centre located in Richmond, Victoria. Our services include Physiotherapy, Massage, Strength and Conditioning, Sports Dietetics and Sports Psychology catered to individuals and sports teams. We are the leading provider to Motorsport (V8 Supercars, GT racing, karting local and international events) as well as Triathlon Australia, Marathon and other sports. The clinic also provides services to local professionals, spinal and sports physio to clients of all ages. Our goal is to help clients achieve optimal performance, both in their daily lives and athletic pursuits. High Line Active is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and measurable outcomes to promote health and peak performance.
Role Description
This is a full time job(or part time) role for a Physiotherapist / Sports Physiotherapist. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and executing personalized treatment plans for a diverse range of clients. Responsibilities include conducting physiotherapy consultations, developing rehabilitation and recovery programs, and providing education on injury prevention and management. This is an on-site role based in Richmond, VIC. And may involve some travel to sports events such as race tracks or triathlon events. Sports travel is not an essential requirement. And an interest in sport is not essential but even if you have no experience in motor racing but would like to learn more we can teach you.
Qualifications
- Physiotherapy degree or equivalent and AHPRA Physiotherapy registration.
- Strong clinical expertise in Physiotherapy, including injury assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation planning.
- A strong manual therapy approach with hands-on techniques. Dry needling and acupuncture not essential but an advantage.
- Proficiency in designing and supervising Strength and Conditioning programs as well as Clinical Pilates sessions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently to achieve client outcomes.
- Current Physiotherapy registration and relevant professional indemnity insurance.
- Interest or experience in working with athletes or sporting teams is an advantage. But not essential.
- A genuine passion for health and physical performance improvement.
