We are currently looking for new, enthusiastic team members to join us on our fast-growing journey.
Our Learn-to-swim and Adult Instructors are the core of our success, and enjoy great-hourly rates, ongoing support from our Training & Development Manager and a friendly, supportive team environment. Our motivated instructors teach levels from 3 years old through to stroke development, all with the support of our experienced and professional management & operations team.
Shifts are available from Tuesday to Friday; afternoon shifts are from 3:45pm to 6:45pm. Sat shifts are from 9:30 am to 3:45pm Applicants must be available to work on one weekdays and Sat.
Our current team enjoy flexible shift arrangements that promote a great work-life balance, and include university students, previous competitive swimmers, parents, and those looking for a fun career change.
Desired Qualifications: (We can assist with all qualifications)
Working with Children Check (must obtain prior to commencement)
Provide CPR (Can obtain upon commencement)
AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety (can obtain upon commencement)
AUSTSWIM Teacher of Adults (can obtain upon commencement)
