Footscray Rangers Football Club - the Inner West’s fastest-growing, community-driven club - is seeking a volunteer Reserve Head Coach to lead our Reserves squad into the 2026 State League 7 North-West season.
You’ll step into a program backed by a supportive, organised leadership group with clear structures, strong values, and a long-term vision for player development. The role includes two training sessions each week, full match-day management on Saturdays, and the opportunity to contribute to club culture across community events, social football, and All Abilities programs.
At the Rangers, we do things differently. You’ll be joining an award winning club that is rapidly expanding its footprint across the Victorian and Australian football landscape - building partnerships, driving inclusivity, and raising standards both on and off the pitch. Our commitment to culture, connection, and opportunity means you’ll coach in an environment where people genuinely feel they belong.
This is an opportunity to lead a squad within a club that stands for more than results. If you want to help shape resilient players, build an aligned game model with our senior program, and contribute to a club that puts people first, we’d love to hear from you.
