Role
We are currently looking for an assistant to the Football Manager to work in the Training and Game Day Logistics Support co-ordination role.
The successful applicant will be responsible for co-ordinating and delivering pre and post training and game day logistic support around facilities, equipment and transport.
The role includes a regular remuneration which will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Responsibilities
This includes:
• Opening Facility, Training Room and Medical Room
• Preparing training equipment
- Fill water bottles, inflate footballs etc.
• Set up training and match-day
- Equipment onto oval
- Set up Timekeeper/Scoreboard
- Set up interchange are
• Directing new players and player enquiries to Football Manager
• Transport equipment to and from alternate training venues and match venues
- Warm-up equipment
- Medical equipment
- Spare Game Day equipment
• Packing training equipment
• Advising Football Manager of need for additional equipment
• Securing Facility
Essential requirements:
- Excellent verbal communications and listening skills
- Willingness to commit to high work ethic during training and match-day timeframes
- Strong organisational skills and absolute attention to detail
- Ability to build and engage with relevant football club stakeholders
- Team player who is willing to work across a number of departments
- Driver’s license
