Role

We are currently looking for an assistant to the Football Manager to work in the Training and Game Day Logistics Support co-ordination role.

The successful applicant will be responsible for co-ordinating and delivering pre and post training and game day logistic support around facilities, equipment and transport.

The role includes a regular remuneration which will be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Responsibilities

This includes:

•            Opening Facility, Training Room and Medical Room

•            Preparing training equipment

• Fill water bottles, inflate footballs etc.

•            Set up training and match-day

• Equipment onto oval
• Set up Timekeeper/Scoreboard
• Set up interchange are

•            Directing new players and player enquiries to Football Manager

•            Transport equipment to and from alternate training venues and match venues

• Warm-up equipment
• Medical equipment
• Spare Game Day equipment

•            Packing training equipment

•            Advising Football Manager of need for additional equipment

•            Securing Facility

Essential requirements:

• Excellent verbal communications and listening skills
• Willingness to commit to high work ethic during training and match-day timeframes
• Strong organisational skills and absolute attention to detail
• Ability to build and engage with relevant football club stakeholders
• Team player who is willing to work across a number of departments
• Driver’s license
