Our Senior Men’s team is stepping up to the Premier League 1 Division in 2026, and we’re searching for a passionate, driven, and experienced volunteer coach to lead the squad into this exciting new era.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a high-performing team - bringing together a dedicated group of returning players and introducing new talent to help the club achieve success at the next level.
What You’ll Be Doing
Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging training sessions.
Mentor and motivate players, developing their skills, confidence, and understanding of the game.
Foster a high-performance, team-first culture built on respect, accountability, and enjoyment.
Identify and recruit new players to strengthen the squad.
Monitor performance and provide constructive, ongoing feedback to players.
Collaborate with club staff to coordinate fixtures, events, and matchday operations.
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all players on and off the field.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience coaching at a senior soccer level.
Relevant coaching qualifications (B Licence or higher highly regarded).
Strong knowledge of modern soccer tactics, techniques, and player development principles.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Demonstrated ability to fit within a strong community led culture
A team-focused approach, with the ability to work independently when required.
Valid First Aid certification and Working with Children Check (essential).
