Emmanuel College is seeking exceptional Swim Instructors to join our amazing Aquatics Centre on a Casual basis in 2026.
With an extensive aquatics program with multi-layered swimming squads from Learn to Swim through to National Level swimmers, our Swim program provides skills in swimming technique, water confidence, survival, water safety and endurance. Centrally located in Carrara on the Gold Coast, with a warm, friendly and supportive team environment, this is an excellent opportunity to join a centre with a fantastic reputation, strong community connection, and a positive workplace culture.
About the role:
We are looking for energetic Swim Instructors to deliver high-quality learn-to-swim programs and support students in developing confidence, skills, and lifelong water safety habits.
About you:
We'd love to hear from you if you:
- Hold (or are currently completing) Austswim or Swim Australia qualifications (or equivalent)
- Are confident working with children and young people
- Create safe, positive and engaging learning experiences
- Are reliable, enthusiastic and committed to student progress and wellbeing.
- Have experience instructing or coaching children of all ages (preferable, but not essential).
**All swim instructors MUST hold a current and valid blue card for working with children.
