Description

Melbourne Rovers are hunting for a volunteer Head Coach to lead our senior squad through the 2026 Metro league season. The team is yours to shape from the ground up, and you’ll be backed by a committed and resourceful leadership team.

You’ll deliver one training session a week, alongside games on Sundays and have the option to jump into futsal, Club socials and community events.  Plus you’ll get networking opportunities you won’t find anywhere else.

You’ll be part of a Club that is building relationships with Melbourne Victory and Football Victoria, as well as other A-League clubs, community non profit groups and the wider sporting world.

If you love coaching diverse players and want to shape an inclusive Club that’s doing something different, we want to hear from you.

What We Offer

  • A rewarding community that values participation as much as performance.
