About the role

The Shared Services Support Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth, effective and professional service delivery to the Netball Victoria Community and Stakeholders.

Sitting within our Member Services Team this role supports call centre operations, provides system support for Netball Connect, manages the Netball Assist inbox and workflow, and contributes to key community-facing functions such as insurance support, affiliate compliance, membership season preparation and training coordination.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Netball Victoria and the broader netball community to ensure consistent service standards, reliable information, and high-quality support for Associations, Leagues and Clubs.

Key focus areas include:

  • Call Centre Coordination - Manage escalated queries, verify reports, oversee invoicing and support training and resources for consistent service.
  • Netball Connect Support - Lead monthly drop-ins, act as an escalation point, maintain knowledge base content and coordinate administrator training.
  • Netball Assist Delivery - Netball Assist provides flexible administrative support to Affiliates across Netball Connect, general administration and specialist tasks. This role will manage the inbox, coordinate Affiliate requests, prepare quotes and agreements, and allocate support tasks.
  • Community & Stakeholder Support - Assist with insurance queries, maintain compliance records, update CRM information and support membership season processes.
  • Training & Resource Development - Help design and deliver training across key systems and run online education sessions for affiliates.

What you will bring:

  • Experience working in customer or member-service environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and volunteers.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, initiative and a proactive approach to service delivery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competence with MS Office, CRM systems and ideally experience with Netball Connect.
  • High attention to detail and confidence managing administrative processes.
  • Understanding of sport culture, volunteer environments and community participation pathways.
  • Driver’s License and willingness to travel within Victoria
