Brisbane Tigers, one of Queensland’s most established and respected rugby league clubs, is seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Manager & Marketing Coordinator to help elevate our brand, engage our community, and drive growth across digital and traditional channels.
Based at Totally Workwear Stadium, Langlands Park (Coorparoo), this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the marketing direction of a proud club competing in the Queensland Rugby League State League competitions.

About the Role
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Digital Manager & Marketing Coordinator will plan, create, and deliver marketing and digital initiatives that enhance our brand presence, support sponsorship outcomes, and grow fan engagement.
You’ll oversee our digital content, manage our website and social channels, produce creative assets, and bring energy and innovation to our game-day experience.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Digital
- Develop and implement marketing plans for Brisbane Tigers and Easts Group entities.
- Create and execute digital content strategies across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X).
- Manage website content, EDMs, media releases, and newsletters.
- Design engaging marketing materials and digital graphics consistent with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate media interviews, press opportunities, and relationships with local media.
- Monitor, report and analyse performance across digital platforms.
Game Day & Events
- Plan and execute digital and social media coverage for game days and events.
- Capture video and photography content for online channels.
- Design and produce match-day collateral including scoreboards and programs.
- Support event setup, activation, and fan engagement initiatives.
Administration
- Provide day-to-day support to the Business Development team.
- Liaise with affiliate clubs and community partners for marketing and creative projects.
- Assist with general administrative and project tasks as required.
About You
You’re a creative, hands-on marketer with a passion for sport and community. You thrive in dynamic environments, can juggle multiple priorities, and love creating content that connects with people.
Essential Skills & Attributes:
- Strong graphic design and content creation skills (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Website management (basic CMS experience)
- Experience in video production and photography
- Proven experience posting, scheduling, and managing content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable
- Ability to analyse and report on digital performance metrics
- Willingness to work some weekends and game days
Qualifications & Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Creative Industries
- Experience in digital marketing, content production, or similar field
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Blue Card (or eligibility to obtain one)
