Adelaide University Sport and Fitness is seeking a creative and strategic individual to lead the marketing, communications, and events across our vibrant sporting community.
This role is ideal for an experienced marketing professional with a passion for sport, community engagement, and brand storytelling. You’ll oversee the development and implementation of AUSF’s marketing and communications strategy, managing key events and initiatives that celebrate our clubs, programs, and achievements. Working as part of our Partnerships and Engagement team, you’ll drive campaigns that grow awareness, membership, and participation while ensuring consistent and impactful brand presentation.
You’ll lead a small team responsible for digital marketing, communications, and events delivery, bringing together data-driven insights and creative ideas to enhance AUSF’s reach and reputation. The position requires strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, experience managing staff, and the ability to work collaboratively across a diverse sporting network.
Applicants should have tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or events and at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. A background in sport, community, or higher education environments will be highly regarded.
