The Goal umpire coach will play a pivotal role in enhancing and leading our goal umpiring program at the NFNL.

Key Duties:

• Make weekly goal umpiring appointments.
• Edit vision for coaching purposes.
• Available to observe/coach on Saturday.
• Develop training plan in conjunction with fitness coach.
• Collate and send observation feedback to umpires.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience coaching at community level desired.
• The ability to effectively plan and implement a structured training and coaching program.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and relate to a diverse range of stakeholders, including coaches, umpires, and parents.
• Strong leadership and relationship skills with the ability to engage and motivate others.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to the values of NFNL
• Have a Victorian Employment Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain one.
