Description

We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a passionate and self-motivated individual to join our team as a fulltime Development Officer at Townsville Brothers Rugby League Football Club. In this pivotal role, you will inspire and drive positive change across our players, coaches, and community.

Key Responsibilities:

Football Development:

  • Represent the club at rugby league forums and events.
  • Assist in designing and delivering development programs for junior and senior teams.
  • Collaborate with schools to deliver engaging coaching clinics.
  • Ensure all coaches, trainers, and support staff meet accreditation requirements.
  • Actively participate in training sessions, games, and carnivals.

Field Operations:

  • Oversee the maintenance, security, and safety of playing facilities.
  • Manage and coordinate game-day operations.
  • Attract and organise carnivals and events at our grounds.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Enthusiasm for rugby league and its development.
  • A valid Working with Children Blue Card.
