What you bring
A minimum Basketball Australia Association Coach Accreditation (formerly Level 2).
Proven coaching experience at elite, state or national level.
A track record of success creating a high-performance environment that balances excellence and player welfare.
Demonstrated experience developing female athletes and building strong pathways that support athlete engagement, development and retention.
A collaborative mindset and commitment to enabling a positive, united and inclusive culture across the Senior Program and Pathways.
