Woden Valley Gymnastics Club is seeking an experienced, inspiring, and motivated Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Coach to join our thriving Level 5–10 competitive program.
We are looking for a coach who is passionate about developing athletes to achieve their best in a supportive and professional environment, while also contributing to the growth of our coaching team.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality coaching within our WAG Level 5–10 program
Provide strong technical knowledge and skill development across all apparatus
Confidently spot complex skills with a focus on safety and progression
Design and implement strength, conditioning, and annual training programs
Contribute to the ongoing development and mentorship of up-and-coming coaches
Undertake administrative duties as required
What You Will Need
Advanced Silver WAG accreditation or higher
Working with Vulnerable People clearance
Demonstrated success coaching within a Level 5–10 program
Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
A motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic approach to coaching
Experience working with State or National teams (desirable)
Availability to work weekends and travel for competitions
A proven ability to develop gymnasts to perform at high levels of competition

Fulltime role could be considered for the right applicant, however, would require coaching across multiple program
