The Person:
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- A strong knowledge and passion for water polo
- Experience playing and/or coaching water polo (junior-level experience highly regarded)
- Umpiring experience (desirable)
- A positive, encouraging attitude and excellent communication skills
- A commitment to student wellbeing and skill development
- Reliability and flexibility to assist with bus duties as required
- Preferred qualifications (holding at least one of the following would be highly regarded):
- AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety Certificate
- Royal Life Saving Society Bronze Medallion
- Royal Life Saving Society Pool Lifeguard Certificate
- Surf, Life Saving Australia Surf Bronze Medallion
- Surf Life Saving Australia Surf Rescue Certificate
- Life Saving Victoria Community Surf Lifesaving Certificate
- Life Saving Victoria - Swimming and Water Safety Teacher
- Skill Set SISSS00112 ‘Swimming and Water Safety Teacher’
- Skill Set SISSS00111 ‘Pool Lifeguard’.
A valid Employee Working with Children Check is a requirement of employment for this position.

- APS Matches: Wednesdays 12.15pm - 3.30pm (from Wednesday 15 October - Wednesday 26 November)
- Training Sessions: Fortnightly on Thursdays 1.00pm - 3.15pm (16 October, 30 October and 13 November)
