Working closely with the WAFLW Senior Coach, our Rogers Cup Head Coaching role is critical in the development of league-ready footballers.

You would be entering into a highly competitive role with the chance to be at the helm of the most successful Rogers Cup program in the competition. 

As our WAFLW and Rogers Cup programs assimilate more closely in 2026, the opportunity for long-term progression will be available to the right candidate who can showcase a strong experience in working with young female athletes, a clear-eye focus on the needs of developing first & results-second AND a can bring a sense of enjoyment to ensure all athletes feel safe, developed and competitive at all times.
