Key Requirements 

• Coaching experience at a high level 
• Strong communication & leadership skills 
• Strong people management skills 
• Provide a structured, organised and disciplined approach to the game plan developement,training and match day 
• Provide and drive a contempary game style across all teams 
• Embrace and demonstrate by example the club's vision and core values 
• Participate in the developement planning for all players within the club 
• Work collectivily with wider coaching group across all teams 
• Activily participate in retaining & recruiting meetings 
• Attend Thursday night team selectons and player awards every Saturday within the season
