Elite Edge Physiotherapy is looking for a motivated and experienced Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join on a full time, part time or contract basis. Work with athletes and post-operative patients in a leading sports clinic setting, deliver tailored rehab, performance programs & injury prevention in a high-performance environment.
Responsibilities
Assessment and screening of patients.
Providing supervised exercise treatment.
Developing and implementing exercise treatment plans for a wide range of conditions.
Case conferencing with GPs and specialists.
Take on a diverse caseload including Private (Mainly sport and exercises patients) Workcover, NDIS, Medicare & DVA patients
Proactive approach to sourcing patients from our current list of referrers as well as generating new leads.
Qualifications
Bachelor or Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology
Accreditation in Exercise Physiology through Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA)
Current first aid/CPR
Valid SIRA accreditation.
Australian Strength & Condition Association Level 1/2 (or willingness to attain)
Valid Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Ability to work independently
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
