Cricket NSW (CNSW) is focused on leading and growing the game throughout the state. We oversee all cricket from elite professional teams to community, school, and social cricket programs. As a purpose and people led organisation, CNSW aims to inspire everyone to play and love cricket.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Performance Analysis Manager, you will…
- Apply Cricket NSW's established performance analysis frameworks to deliver consistent, accurate, and standards-aligned insights.
- Provide high-quality, targetted performance analysis to coaches and players across elite female programs, including match coding, statistical reporting, and video breakdowns.
- Conduct comprehensive opposition analysis to guide team strategy, tactical planning, and match preparation.
- Attend training sessions and matches to capture live data, deliver in-game insights, and support post-session reviews with actionable feedback
- Work closely with coaching staff, athletes, Head of Female Elite Cricket, SSSM and the wider analysis team to ensure analysis is integrated into planning, review, and development processes
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies in sports analytics and recommend tools that can elevate Cricket NSW's performance analysis capabilities.
ABOUT YOU
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- Professional curiosity and innovated thinking
- Demonstrated experience working as a fulltime Performance Analyst in high performance sport for 2+ years.
- Deep knowledge of tactical and technical elements of cricket
- Proven experience with management of performance analysis equipment.
- A current drivers license and own vehicle for transportation of equipment
