Applicants as a minimum, should hold a Level 2 (Association Coach) coaching accreditation or equivalent experience at elite level basketball and be willing to take ownership and responsibility for the development of players within the Kilsyth Cobras Senior Women’s Program.

Establish a professional and disciplined culture for players, coaches and staff which reflect the Kilsyth Cobras core values.
Provide strong leadership to the playing and coaching groups that encourages a supportive team environment consistent with the association’s values.
Be available to attend all trials, squad/team trainings, practice games and NBL1 games
Have previous senior Head Coaching experience or Professional Playing experience.
Have a proven record of successfully leading a high-performance program
Have a strong ability to plan and implement training and competition program
Have a demonstrated record in individual player development
