Are you passionate about community sport and ready to make a real impact?

Polocrosse Australia is seeking a motivated and capable Sports Development coordinator to help grow one of Australia’s most unique and exciting horse sports.

This newly created role will support participation programs, coordinate national projects, engage with clubs and volunteers, and help bring our strategic plan to life. You’ll be the primary point of contact for community sport development and work closely with our National Executive officer and key stakeholders across the country.

We offer flexible remote work (preferably based on the east coast) and opportunities for occasional interstate travel.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Experience in community sport or participation growth
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confidence in managing programs and reporting
• A collaborative approach and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of or connection to the horse industry is an advantage (but not essential)
