Little Heroes Swim Academy is not just a swim school, we're a community hub where every family, every child, and every team member is valued.
Our unique, holistic approach leads the way in inclusive aquatic education, where mainstream students and students with a disability swim side-by-side, and where connection is the gateway to learning.
We’re on the lookout for a bright Babies and Infants Swim Instructor to join our close-knit team. If you've only done Learn-to-Swim for 3yr olds and up, get in touch too - we're always looking for good people! Weekend availability is highly desirable.
We are not a franchise or run by council. Our program is ours alone. We prioritise maximising your impact as Mentors and the experience of our students - rather than how many students we can fit in the pool.

ACTUAL low class ratios - our BUBS classes have a maximum of 6 students, our three beginner learn-to-swim levels have a maximum of 2 students, so you can truly focus on quality connection and impact. Trying to teach 4 or more 3yr olds in one class, is tough for all involved!
Mentorship & professional development - Learn and grow with guidance from Heroes founders Tracey (multiple award-winning Infants expert) and Chris (20+ years in LTS), along with our leadership team of Kate, Holly and Pete

- Experience and/or qualifications in swim teaching are a plus but most of all, we value good people (qualifications can be obtained, skills can be built up)
