What You'll Do:
Plan and execute high-performing paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok and emerging platforms
Drive revenue growth through strategic campaigns for Academy enrolments, memberships, merchandise and sponsorship activations
Own end-to-end EDM campaign execution and create sophisticated marketing automation flows
Build and optimize audience segments using advanced CRM and data management techniques
Monitor and optimize key performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPL, ROAS) to maximize campaign effectiveness
Conduct A/B testing and creative variations to continuously improve campaign performance
Deliver comprehensive reporting and insights on digital activity performance
Collaborate with ticketing and Academy teams to ensure seamless data integration and targeting
Manage always-on campaigns for fan acquisition, ticketing and lead generation
What We're Looking For:
2-4 years' experience in digital marketing with strong paid media campaign management
Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other performance marketing platforms
Advanced skills in email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools
Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign optimization and performance reporting
Experience with CRM systems, audience segmentation and data management
Knowledge of sports marketing or entertainment industry preferred
Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
