The Performance Pathway Manager will lead the development and delivery of Netball ACT performance pathway programs across State Teams and Academies.
Key Responsibilities include:
Manage State/Academy athlete and coach selection process from athlete nomination, trials, convenor of selectors, notification of selection outcome and athlete feedback provision.
Manage the induction process for athletes entering Academy Programs/Teams in collaboration with the Academy/Team Head Coach.
In collaboration with Head Coaches, manage the programming for Academy and State Teams. These programs are to align with the NACT High Performance system aimed at building effective squad and team culture.
Oversight of NACT Nationally identified athlete’s individual athlete plans in partnership with NA, ACTAS and Academy coaches.
Engage with our specialist providers eg. physio, S&C, and PA to provide support to our Academies and State Teams.
Manage the review process including capturing annual feedback from all parties in relation to Programs/teams and prepare high level reporting for the CEO.
Manage the delegated pathway budget as agreed.
Perform logistical tasks around State teams and academies for domestic camps and competition. eg. uniform, travel, court bookings etc
Stay up to date on all NACT and NA policies related to High Performance
Manage the process to ensure all athletes are up to date with Sport Integrity Australia requirements.
Note: The successful candidate may also be appointed to provide support to State team environments (camps, competitions etc).

The succesful candiate will have:
Demonstrated experience of working within a high-performance sporting environment
Demonstrated understanding of, and experience in, leading a team of coaches and support staff in a performance driven environment.
Ability to manage multi-faceted relationships between players, parents and coaches
Strong understanding of National integrity Frameworks.
Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage time effectively
