About this role
This is a full time replacement role that has come about from a team member needing to relocate from Sydney for family reasons. We are seeking a motivated Physiotherapist with high attention to detail and strong exercise prescription skills to expertly manage this existing caseload. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional client care, setting robust healthcare plans, and guiding clients through the rehabilitation process to achieve lasting results, then you will make a great fit for our team. We are looking for an early to mid year career practitioner who understands the importance of managing rehabilitation before setting clients up for long-term healthy lifestyles.
Your Role
Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose MSK conditions and develop tailored treatment plans for each client, ensuring they feel heard and valued.
Rehabilitation Expertise: Manage clients through all stages of rehabilitation, from injury recovery to returning to activities, with a focus on achieving long-term healthy lifestyles.
Performance Gap Analysis: Identify performance gaps through injury assessment and provide strategies to prevent future injuries, improving outcomes for both athletes and the general population.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our multidisciplinary team, promoting a culture of support, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Leadership and Communication: Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, clearly communicating rehabilitation plans, motivating clients, and fostering effective collaboration with the team.

Qualifications
A degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) and current registration with AHPRA.
Experience working in private practice is desirable.
Strong understanding of the rehabilitation process and ability to create and manage comprehensive health plans for clients.
Experience in identifying performance gaps and implementing strategies to prevent future injuries.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Leadership qualities with a passion for fostering collaboration and team success.
A growth mindset, with an interest in using KPIs and performance metrics to track progress and achieve personal and team goals.
Special interest or experience in working with female clients, addressing their unique needs, is highly desirable.
