Eleade and ELLE Football Academy are seeking a qualified, motivated, and ambitious football coach who is passionate about long-term player development and wants to build a professional coaching career in a high-performance environment.
This is a unique opportunity to work across both Eleade’s individual training programs and the ELLE Football Academy full-time youth program.
About the Role
Eleade - Individual Development Training
You will conduct 1-on-1 and small group sessions with ambitious NPL youth and senior players. Sessions take place across mornings, daytime, and evenings, and are tailored to the needs of each individual player.
ELLE Football Academy – Full-Time Program (U8–U14)
You will also have the opportunity to join the coaching team at ELLE Football Academy, delivering min. 3 high-quality training sessions per week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday) in a structured and professional youth academy environment.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a coach who is committed to long-term player development and sees coaching as a professional career path - not just a side job.
Minimum Requirements:
- Full working rights in Australia (Citizenship, PR, or long-term visa holders only)
- Own car and valid driver’s licence
- Based in or able to operate in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs
- AFC or UEFA C Licence or higher preferred
- Minimum 2 years of coaching experience with ambitious youth players
- Playing experience at representative or elite youth level
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and high standards on and off the pitch
