Korowa Aquatics is seeking a committed, passionate, and organised swimming coach to work with both Korowa Aquatics and Korowa Anglican Girls’ School swimmers. This role focuses on junior and development squads - from early stages through to school and state-level swimmers - helping athletes realise their full potential in a fun, positive, and challenging environment.
You’ll plan and deliver effective training programs, motivate swimmers to participate in targeted and school competitions, and work closely with the Engine Swim team, KA directors, and KAGS staff to deliver programs that align with Korowa Aquatics’ high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and run junior and development squad sessions (mornings/evenings, plus Saturday).
Develop programs that build swimmers’ skills and competitive strength.
Engage swimmers through positive coaching and organised delivery.
Support Korowa Aquatics’ vision and work collaboratively with other coaches and staff.

Strong technical knowledge of stroke technique and performance coaching.
