We’re recruiting for a range of exciting positions across our education programs. Explore the opportunities: 

• Education Instructor (Open Water) - Deliver life saving education at open water venues
• Education Instructor (Classroom and Events) - Lead school-based incursions and community events
• Education Instructor (Diversity and Inclusion) - Support inclusive beach programs for diverse communities 

The Person Behind the Whistle 

We’re seeking applicants who: 

• Are enthusiastic about water safety and community education 
• Bring strong communication and teamwork skills 
• Are committed to creating safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments 
• Hold relevant qualifications for the role: 
  • Required Qualifications for Education Instructor (Open Water), Education Instructor (Diversity and Inclusion):
    • HLTAID009 - Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)  
    • HLTAID011 - Provide First Aid (First Aid)  
    • VIC Working With Children Check (Employee) 
    • Current LSV Community Surf Life Saving Certificate; or SLSA Bronze Medallion 
    • Driver Licence
  • Required Qualifications for Education Instructor (Classroom and Events)  
    • HLTAID009 - Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)  
    • HLTAID011 - Provide First Aid (First Aid)  
    • VIC Working With Children Check (Employee) 
    • Drivers Licence
