ABOUT US
Cricket NSW (CNSW) is focused on leading and growing the game throughout the state. We oversee all cricket from elite professional teams to community, school, and social cricket programs. As a purpose and people led organisation, CNSW aims to inspire everyone to play and love cricket.
Our Wildly Important Goal (WIG) is to grow the number of 5-12-year-olds playing cricket. To deliver on our WIG and strategic priorities we have a collaborative, customer-centric approach. We use our values; Humility, Excellence, Imagination and Relationships to deliver memorable experiences to participants and fans.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Chief Premier & Country Cricket Officer, in this role you will:
- Drive solutions that ensure coaches have access to engaging experiences in education and development
- Deliver coach development workshops to upskill representative level coaches
- Provide regular coaching resources to premier cricket coaches and metro youth championship coaches to aid development and growth
- Resourcing and delivery of Representative (Level 2) Coaching Courses
