About the Coaching Role
At Footy Star Academy we create professional and fun sports activities for young athletes aged between 5 to 12 years of age.
As a coach, you'll be organising and delivering a range of exciting footy programs across the inner Eastern Suburbs area.
Your focus will be on teaching fundamentals of AFL, refining specific skills and playing match simulated games that gets everyone pumped about playing AFL.
Key Requirements
The role requires you to be available on weekdays and the flexibility to work weekends when required. The role requires around 4-6 hours per week.
You hold a current Working With Children Check or have the ability to obtain one. This requirement is a must.
You will require a valid drivers license and your own car.
Previous experience in a sports coaching role or a role that involved working with young athletes is desirable. Additional experience in other forms of physical activity is a plus.
