About the Role

As Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead TFA’s national marketing strategy and operations. This includes digital and content marketing, branding, audience engagement, campaign execution, and event promotion. You will guide a high-performing marketing team and work closely with internal departments and external partners to enhance the visibility and impact of the sport.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across all business units
  • Oversee national brand governance and creative direction
  • Drive digital marketing, performance campaigns, and content creation
  • Manage social media strategy and audience engagement across platforms
  • Support commercial activations, events marketing, and participation growth
  • Use data and insights to improve marketing performance and audience targeting
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a creative and collaborative marketing team

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in senior marketing roles - ideally within sport, not-for-profit or consumer sectors
  • Strong leadership in integrated marketing, brand management, digital media, and storytelling
  • Deep understanding of CRM, fan engagement, digital advertising, and content strategy
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, innovative mindset
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing or related disciplines (preferred)
