This role is a permanent part-time role and contributes significantly to the organisation’s continual improvement in providing excellent service to our members.

Member Services Staff will have three (3) key focuses:

  1. Member Services Operations
  2. Front Office and General Administration
  3. Stock and Inventory Control

The role plays an integral part in supporting the Member Services Manager, and the Gold Coast Gymnastics team to make well informed decisions and create an effective and efficient working environment.

The role is responsible for providing welcoming, courteous, and responsive customer service and prompt operational administrative support.

Essential Requirements

  • National Police / Criminal History Check
  • Working with Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check
  • Drivers Licence
