This role is a permanent role and contributes significantly to the organisation’s continual improvement in providing excellent service to our members.
The Member Services Manager role will have three (3) key focuses across both venues:
- Member Services Team & Operations Management
- General Administration
- Stock and Inventory Control
The role plays an integral part in supporting the Business Administration Manager, General Manager and the Gold Coast Gymnastics team to make well informed decisions and creating an effective and efficient working environment. The role is responsible for overseeing and managing all member-related services, processes, and Member Services staff.
Duties will include developing strategies to improve member satisfaction, manage member services projects, stock management as well as address member needs effectively, ensuring business operations is of a high standard at all times.
You will be interacting with members on a daily basis and must have a positive attitude to providing effective customer service to our member base.
