About the role
Hockey WA is seeking a highly energetic Performance and Pathways Lead to play a crucial role in overseeing Western Australia’s State Teams (Outdoor & Indoor), ensuring seamless operations for national championships and development pathways. This position manages team coordination, selection processes, and tournament logistics, working closely with coaches, managers, physiotherapists, and Hockey Australia staff to uphold Hockey WA’s values and strategic objectives.
With a strong focus on event management, athlete development, and stakeholder engagement, this role drives high-performance hockey initiatives, facilitating trials, training programs, and pathway competitions. The Performance and Pathways Lead fosters an environment of professionalism, integrity, and collaboration, ultimately shaping the future of hockey in Western Australia.
