About the role

Reporting to the Tasmanian Tigers Head Coach - Male Program you will be responsible for leading the bowling program for our elite male teams and pathway systems ensuring we develop players capable of performing at the international level.

You will have:

  • Level 3 Cricket Australia Coach Accreditation or an equivalent level sport coaching qualification
  • Current Tasmanian Registration for Working with Vulnerable People with the registration class of Employee/Volunteer or the willingness to acquire this registration
  • First Aid & CPR certification
  • Extensive current and contemporary experience working in high performance cricket environment
  • Strategic planning experience, including designing, implementing, and delivering effective bowling programs.
  • Comprehensive understanding of high-performance sport and athlete development.
  • Strong mentoring, leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
