The Sport Development Officer plays a key role in driving participation growth and delivering key initiatives within the Calisthenics Victoria Strategic Plan. This role focuses on developing, promoting, and managing programs that enhance accessibility, engagement, and inclusion across the sport.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role is responsible for managing all aspects of sport development including:
Growing participation
Program Management of Let's Go! CaliKids (LGCK) and CaliFit
Schools and Early Learning Programs
Event and Community Engagement
Diversity & Inclusion
Campaign and Event Activation
Youth & Recreational Progam Expansion
