The Position
Part Time / Permanent, School Term (up to 30 hours per week)
The Swim School Administrator creates a welcoming, open, safe, and high-quality experience for all involved in the Learn to Swim program and all who use the Aquatic Centre.
The Swim School Administrator is responsible for the administration of the Aquatic Centre swim programs including the Swim Squads and the Learn to Swim classes, ensuring the smooth running of high-quality swimming programs.
The Swim School Administrator is also responsible for the coordination of the Learn to Swim Program.
Key Competencies, Skills and/or Experience
- Experience in swim school operations
- Experience with Centaman software (preferred)
- High level administrative experience
- High level of Customer service
- Problem solving and communication skills
- Clerical and computer skills
- Cash handling experience
- Enjoy working with children
Essential and Desirable
- Austswim Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR (updated yearly)
- Bronze level swim coach licence (Preferred)
- Austswim assessors licence (Preferred)
- Working with Children check required
