Surf Life Saving South Australia (SLSSA) is looking for an enthusiastic Community Program Coordinator to join our team and drive a range of impactful programs aiming to reach over 50,000 children each year. As the peak body for water safety in the state, we are committed to achieving zero preventable deaths in South Australian waters and building connected, inclusive communities.

In this role, you will oversee key programs such as VACSWIM, Surf Babies, Aboriginal and Multicultural Initiatives while working closely with over 60 pools, 22 SLSSA clubs and a variety of communities groups to deliver engaging and effective water safety education. You’ll be responsible for program planning, risk management, resource coordination, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring our sessions run smoothly and cater to diverse audiences.
