About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager Marketing & Consumer, the Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of the Titans’ marketing strategy with a focus on driving revenue growth through Membership, ticket sales, and premium hospitality. This role will work across the club’s NRL, NRLW and Netball programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute the Titans’ annual marketing plan across all online and offline channels with a focus on driving Membership, ticketing and premium hospitality sales.
- Lead the club's marketing automation and personalisation strategy and implementation across email, sms and digital channels.
- Lead and execute the club’s email campaigns across fan engagement, Membership, corporate hospitality, commercial and ticket sales.
- Manage marketing budget alongside GM Marketing & Consumer, monitoring day-to-day marketing spend to ensure resources are allocated effectively.
- Manage the Digital Marketing Coordinator and shared Consumer & Marketing Executive in their daily tasks, development and execution of the wider club marketing strategy.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Coordinator on the development, planning and execution of all paid marketing campaigns across NRL, NRLW and Netball.
- Ensure consistent brand presence and messaging across all channels and touchpoints with high levels of attention to detail.
- Manage relationships with media partners, focusing on the delivery of campaigns as they relate to sales objectives, and identifying opportunities to collaborate.
- Copywriting for Titans advertising, consumer websites (Membership, corporate hospitality etc) and writing sales driven articles for Titans’ website.
- Provide regular reporting to the GM Marketing & Consumer, identifying areas of success and opportunities for growth across the marketing remit.
About You
Required:
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or related discipline
- 4+ years’ experience in marketing planning and strategy execution
- Demonstrated experience managing staff
- Previous experience in developing and executing marketing strategies using Meta and Google Ads Manager to deliver campaigns
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Oracle Eloqua or similar marketing and email programs
- Strategic thinker with an ability to use data and insights to inform marketing strategies and decisions
- Strong written communication and copy writing skills
- Ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent time management skills and high levels of attention to detail
- Current QLD Working with Children Check
Desirable:
- An understanding of rugby league, sport and/or the Gold Coast Titans
This position is a full-time role with working days Monday-Friday. Due to the nature of the business, weekend work will be required throughout the NRL season to attend and cover games.
