This role is responsible to deliver on the day-to-day operations of the Pathways department for Volleyball NSW covering all ages and disciplines of the sport.  The person in this role will hold a key role in the administration of the organisation and will need to have a keen eye for detail, excellent verbal & written communication skills along with a thorough understanding of team logistics, including the support of underage athletes. 

The role will oversee the management of all State Team programs and assist in the creation and operational delivery of the Phoenix Academy across NSW. In addition, this role will be required to administratively support the Education Portfolio and RASi Programs in conjunction with other Pathways department staff members.

This role will be required to travel intra-state and inter-state to deliver on these programs with regular out of hours and weekend days required to fulfil this role. 

It is critical that the person in this role has the proficient ability to operate in a small team, maximising the resources available. The successful candidate will need to accurately gather and assess information and have the ability to be an effective decision maker within a dynamic environment.  They must be able to effectively use the MS Suite of programs and be open to learning internal systems including databases, online platforms and reporting processes.

Experience with performance sport models is highly desirable however, prior knowledge of Volleyball is beneficial but not an essential requirement.
