Established in 2022, All The Way Up Gymnastics is a vibrant new club dedicated to promoting athlete and coach wellbeing. Situated in the picturesque Northern Beaches of Sydney, our club values respect, loyalty, kindness, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the WAG High Performance (HP) program.
Coach and develop the WAG levels program.
Mentor coaches within the club.
Communicate effectively with parents and families at the gym.
Attend competitions and camps.
Participate in relevant professional development courses.
Position Requirements:
Current WAG Advanced Silver qualification or equivalent.
Experience coaching high performance gymnastics.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop gymnasts to achieve their highest potential.
Passion for gymnastics and commitment to creating a safe, positive, and nurturing coaching environment.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
