In this role, you will provide expert advice and leadership in the area of Industry Compliance, you’ll lead the performance of our Safety Management Systems and you will take a lead role in our ongoing journey towards Industry Best Practice.
You will be highly organised and have the ability to prioritise and communicate at all levels. You will be integral to the provision of a safe and enjoyable experience for our staff and customers, and you will strive to influence a culture that is committed to continuous improvement in the delivery of safe and compliant leisure and aquatic programs and services.

What’s on offer
- An annual salary of $82,358 to $95,713 per annum (dependent upon skills and experience) + 10% super and the option of a leaseback vehicle or car allowance.
- You’ll also have the option to work a 9 day fortnight!
