**We are looking to recruit kids sports coaches across various locations for casual, part-time and management roles for work during school or after school plus weekends and school holidays:
NSW - from Sydney: Inner West and Eastern Suburbs, Central Coast, Lake Macquarie and Newcastle
QLD - Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Mackay
VIC - Maroondah, Knox, Dandenong Ranges and Bayside
GeckoSports is a national leading franchise in primary school aged (5-12 year old) multi-sports and fun fitness. Our programs are science designed to improve a child's gross motor skill within a non-competitive environment where participation and engagement is key. Having serious fun with kids while delivering a structured fun program that is safe is what we are all about!
Our programs include 15 different sports, fun fitness, family fitness plus themed programs (such as Ninja-Warrior, Gladiator, Mini Olympics, SuperHeros, Colourblast), and more!
What we are looking for
- Coaches are required to have kids and or sports coaching experience
- Do you play sports and have a passion to share your love of sports with kids?
- Are you enthusiastic, outgoing, fun and enjoy working with and motivating children?
- Coaches who are physically fit and energetic
- Reliable, responsible and accountable coaches
- Can be firm but fair with discipline but still act like a big kid at times
- Coaches who have their licence and a car to take equipment with you to programs
- Must have a valid WWCC, be fully Covid vaccinated and willing to gain further certification

Work schedule
Chose when and what programs you would like to work from the range of options below, or all of them:
- Monday to Friday: In-school programs (9am-3:30pm)
- Monday to Friday: After-school classes (3:30-5:30pm)
- Weekends: Birthday parties or events (9am-5pm)
- Monday to Sunday: School holiday programs (9am-5pm)
- Wherever there are kids, we can be there!
Management Positions
For the right coach there are also management positions available. You would be responsible to lead a network of coaches where you would plan program content, arrange equipment, rosters, coordinate with customers and more.
