Description

The role of VIS Archery Program Manager will suit a professional who has technical knowledge of the principles of Archery including techniques, coaching trends and international developments, with relevant coaching experience.

Reporting to the General Manager High Performance, the primary purpose of this role is to be leader of and a key contributor to the overall strategy, development, and implementation of the VIS Archery Program, working collaboratively as part of an inter-disciplinary team approach.

The VIS Archery Program operates in a partnership with Archery Australia (AA) to deliver the high performance program for Archery in Victoria and will be based at the world class VIS headquarters in Melbourne’s Albert Park precinct but will require the capacity to travel to identified Archery venues around Melbourne.
