Aligned Leisure are currently offering a number of exciting opportunities to join our Eurobodalla Leadership Team as we prepare to launch our operations across the Eurobodalla Shire.
As part of this new venture, we’re looking to build a team of highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to support the operation of the Eurobodalla Shire Council’s Bay Pavilions in Batemans Bay and Shire Pools in Moruya and Narooma.
These facilities form part of the Region’s diverse arts, leisure and recreation landscape, and are essential community assets where residents can connect in a happy, supportive and welcoming environment. Leading the way in this space will be Bay Pavilions - A $69m aquatics, arts, fitness and leisure facility opening in 2022 that will deliver a range of modern programs for Batemans Bay and the wider Eurobodalla community.
To bring Council’s and the community’s vision for Bay Pavilions to life, we are currently recruiting for the following positions:
- People & Compliance Coordinator
- Head of Theatre and Arts
- Head of Facilities & Safety
- Head of Fitness & Community Engagement
- Head of Customer Experience & Sales
- Head of Swim School
As members of our Eurobodalla Leadership team, these roles will be visible leaders. To succeed and establish Aligned Leisure in the Eurobodalla Shire, each leader must play their role to develop and maintain a prominent connection within their relevant teams and the broader community by thoughtfully and professionally representing our organisation at all times.
The Leadership Team will work relentlessly to deliver on the Aligned Leisure purpose of connecting to thrive and win and will ensure the entire team work within our values, behaviours and service standards model.
At Aligned Leisure, culture is paramount, and we are committed to developing our people in a supportive environment. Connecting to Thrive and Win is about connecting not only with patrons and customers, but also about staff connecting with each other with humour and care, through storytelling and authenticity, to build genuine relationships.
Flexibility is something that we value. We recognise that this will mean different things to different people and are supportive of various flexible work arrangements, including the ability to work from home.
We’re committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and strongly encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply.

We only recruit people who, regardless of their role, will support such an environment.
The successful candidates will be required to pass mandatory compliance training sessions and pre-employment checks, including a Working with Children Check.
