Casual $37.49 per hour (inclusive 25% casual loading) + Super

Yarra City Council is seeking passionate, energised and motivated Aquatic Customer Service Officer's to join our vibrant Customer Service team in the Leisure Services branch. 

The successful candidate will possess the ability to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders within Leisure Services. They will have previous involvement with delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining relationships and completing administrative functions that support the daily running of the customer service team. Experience within aquatic leisure services will be looked upon favourably.

This is a casual ongoing position with various benefits from accessing all of the Yarra Leisure facilities to the opportunity to work in a vibrant and diverse council environment.

Your duties will include:

  • To provide a professional sales focus for prospective Aquatic Program members and customers.
  • To perform a range of administrative tasks and processes relating to Aquatic enrolments and retention
  • To act as a customer focussed centre host for all Aquatic enrolments and support the graduation of students within the LTS program
  • Championing relationship building with customers and build lasting connections with LTS students and families.

Essential Requirements

  • National Police / Criminal History Check
  • Working with Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check
