An exciting opportunity now exists for a successful Gymnastics professional to join the team at the Y Epping, one of the leading gymnastics centres in NSW.
We are looking for a dynamic leader to come on-board and utilise their experience and background in the industry and continue to strengthen and expand our programs.
About your new role
Using your extensive coaching experience, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Centre's Gymnastics program is fun, progressive, safe and engaging and provides a great customer experience.
You will be required to support coaches, program and run classes. Additionally, you will assist in the development of the Gymnastics programs ensure a profitable program that strives for operational excellence. This position will also act as a mentor for all coaches and provide advice on best practice coaching standards, compliance, accreditations and other admin duties.
To be successful in this role you will come with:
- First Aid and CPR
- Extensive experience in coaching WAG/ MAG and programming within a gymnastics environment
- Experience in coordination of Gymnastic events and competitions.
- Experience in leading and managing a team
- Advanced or higher gymnastics coach accreditation
- Coach affiliation/Technical Membership
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer literacy
