Description

Flyers Swim Team is experiencing an exciting period of growth, which presents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced coach to join the team as full-time Junior and Intermediate coach based at Peninsula Aquatic Recreation Centre in Frankston. 

Reporting to the Lead Coach Frankston, the Junior and Intermediate coach will provide a professional, safe and stimulating environment which enables athletes to achieve their best results. Applicants should be a team player, highly motivated and demonstrate the ability to relate to athletes of varying ages. 

A minimum 3 years coaching experience is required, along with experience working with State level swimmers.
