You will be responsible for a dynamic team that are responsible for the smooth running of front of house operations.
Responsibilities include the employment, training / coaching and performance management of all Customer Service Representatives (CSR).
You will be hands on and is willing to show leadership by example.

You will be highly responsive to all issues that may arise at the front of house and are proficient in conflict resolution and proactive in problem solving.
Possessing a strong sales background, you will impart these techniques effectively to the CSR team.
You will implement and hold your team accountable for sales targets and themselves are responsible for the overall performance of their team.
You are proficient in money handling, processing of payments and banking and always professional in appearance and manner.
You will work closely with the Owner, as well as the entire management team and other staff to ensure consistency and cohesion across all teams.
You are passionate about educating clients on lifelong skills of swimming and water safety, whilst focusing on participation and fun.
You will deliver exceptional customer service along with strong sales skills and results, have and or gain an in-depth knowledge of our aquatic programs, as well as wider industry knowledge.
